We have approximately 70 rooms, all different with individual design features of impeccable quality. Some rooms are larger and more luxurious, others slightly smaller and more intimate, but they all have their own unique charm. The rooms are either overlooking the bustling Drottningtorget square or facing our courtyard, a calm oasis in the middle of the city centre. With parquet flooring and Persian rugs adorning the floors as well as stucco and grand chandeliers embellishing the ceiling, we offer a setting that is something out of the ordinary. We believe you will appreciate our special, unique and highly personal surroundings.

Classic rooms

Our classic rooms offer a more traditional alternative and we promise first-class comfort and high-quality accommodation. Beautiful wooden floors and all the mod cons you can wish for. The rooms have either got a tranquil, courtyard-facing aspect or a lovely view of the city centre.

Superior rooms

Our superior double rooms overlook the city centre. Some have balconies, others do not. All the rooms have been individually designed with wooden floors, fantastic ceiling height and beautiful stucco. A large double bed, a desk and an armchair. The ensuite bathroom is either equipped with a bathtub or a walk-in shower.

Executive rooms

Our 14 executive rooms are all overlooking the teeming cityscape and some of them have balconies. The rooms are airy and spacious, each with a comfortable seating area. Most of the furniture, chandeliers and paintings have been at Eggers since the very beginning of the hotel business.

The hotel

Hôtel Eggers is proud to be one of the oldest hotels in Sweden, which is still fully operational. The white façade is still a beautiful landmark at Drottningtorget square and the name of Eggers brings responsibilities, obligations and commitment. Our goal is to welcome the hotel guests of today with attentive service and a personal touch in sumptuous, pleasant surroundings. Just like back in the day, when the hotel opened its doors to the first customers.
