In a listed building by Drottningtorget in Gothenburg, right next door to the train station, you will find our hotel, which is one of the oldest hotels in Sweden dating back to 1859. Royalty, painters, diplomats, spies, businessmen and women have stayed here and have had secret rendezvous as well as grand, important meetings. A piece of hotel history
Hôtel Eggers is one of the country’s few remaining hotels from the time when the railways were built. During the Eggerian era, many different people stayed at the hotel.
